- 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm (OT is mandatory)

Job Summary: Enclosed trailer assembly is comparable to construction work. Team members will use power tools to install flooring, side walls, interior, and roofing. Must be quality conscious to meet Novae’s quality standards.
Essential Functions:
- Work 10-hour shifts, on concrete
- Use various hand tools for full shift
- Wear proper PPE at all times
- Read and understand work orders and work instructions
- Perform quality checks and product inspections
- Must be dependable with work ethic and attendance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to safely lift 80 pounds
- Willing to submit to all pre-employment background checks
